It is also may be beneficial to heart health, kidney function, and blood pressure regulation, as it contains eleutherosides that have anti-stress and anti-inflammatory abilities.

This powdery extract can also be added to smoothies or juices. Storing in a cool, dry, dark location using an airtight container is advised, but it doesn't require refrigeration.

Reishi

The revered Reishi mushroom has a rich history in China, playing a significant role in Traditional Chinese Medicine and appearing in many works of art. Our Reishi is grown using wood log cultivation in shade houses.

Scientific studies show Reishi's many active compounds, including potent immunity-boosting beta-(1>3)-glucans and sets Reishi apart with its significant amount of secondary metabolites, triterpenoids.

Widely implemented in nutraceuticals, dietary and nutritional supplements, mushroom extracts have a myriad of uses. They are a frequent ingredient in food products, including energy bars, beverages, sauces, chocolates, teas, and coffee substitutes.

AdaptDaily exclusively uses 100% organic fruiting bodies, rigorously tested and guaranteed for active compounds, in contrast to US lab-grown Reishi, grown on grain, which has been found to have lower levels of beta-glucan, non-detectable triterpenoids, and high levels of starch.

Rhodiola

Rhodiola is a popular adaptogenic herb, historically used in Europe and Asia for its health benefits, including alleviating stress and supporting adrenal function.  With recent over harvesting due to its popularity, efforts are being made globally for its sustainable cultivation.

The medicinal use of Rhodiola dates back to 77 C.E., in the ancient text 'De Materia Medica' by Greek physician Dioscorides. The root, also known as 'golden root', has been used in traditional medicine for centuries in regions like Russia, Scandinavia, Tibet, and China where it was believed to nourish chi and promote circulation. Some studies support its efficacy, and despite Rhodiola being a revered herb in these cultures for centuries, its recognition in the West is relatively recent.

The herb is sweet and slightly bitter, with a cooling energy attributed to the species' variance. Despite its long history of use, we advise consultation with a healthcare practitioner before consumption, especially for those pregnant.
