Life has it's stressors. Luckily, there’s adaptogenic herbs.

"My fave adaptogen is liquorice! I make an infusion with the whole root (chopped up), store it in the fridge, and add it to everything from breakfast porridge, to smoothies, as well as hot and cold tea.
Liquorice balances hormones, helps the body adapt to stress, supports the immune response, and aids learning and memory - all things I certainly need! It also tastes AMAZING, unlike a lot of other adaptogenic herbs out there ;) I use it instead of sweetener!”

“My favourite these days is Cordyceps (a medicinal mushroom). This adaptogen is incredible for reducing inflammation, supporting the immune system and boosting energy.
