Seems like everyone is trying to "boost" their immune systems these days. Well, I'm over the ginger-chai-lattes & green detox smoothie promos. I think it's time we get back in touch with what strong immunity really looks like - and no, unfortunately, it's not found in the aisle of Whole Foods.
While I'm all about supporting our innate ability to heal through superfoods & adaptogenic herbs (duh!) - I now feel more called to share free & simple "hacks" that you can use at any time to strengthen your immune system and protect yourself from all of the fear and uncertainty going on in the world right now.
