LIFE CHANGING PB CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES:
These are truly life changing. So good, chewy and perfect amount of sweetness.

RECIPE:
1 1/4 cup almond flour
1/4 cup coconut sugar
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 cup maple syrup + 2 tbsp
1/4 cup peanut butter (or other nut butter)
1 cup chocolate chips
METHOD:
preheat oven to 350 degrees
add all ingredients to a bowl except the 2 extra tbsp of maple syrup
mix with a spoon (everything will get stuck in a whisk) until everything is incorporated
thick dough should have formed, if too difficult to mix, add the 2 tbsp maple syrup
fold in chocolate chips
take a spoon and divide into even portions, roll into a ball and flatten onto a parchment lined baking sheet, they don’t spread that much so flatten them well enough
bake for 13-15 minutes depending on oven, they will continue to cook slightly once removed from oven
ENJOY!
